The South Korean company Global Battery has been producing acid batteries for more than sixty years. Today, the batteries of this company are very popular and are exported to one hundred and forty countries around the world. In the early 90s, a second plant was built in Gwangju, equipped with the latest industry requirements. The company has more than 1000 employees (as a result, the plant produces about 3.5 million batteries annually).
